About these terms
These terms cover use of the FRAME app and website provided by HUANGBSOLO. Use FRAME in accordance with these terms, applicable law and the license that applies to your copy of the app.
Your media and work
You retain the rights you hold in the media you import and the work you create. Using FRAME does not transfer those rights to the developer. Only import, edit or share content you have the right to use, and respect other people’s copyright, privacy and image rights.
Software and included materials
Rights in the app’s code, interface and included materials remain with their respective rights holders. Use of FRAME does not transfer ownership of those materials. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses; see the Open-source licenses.
Purchases, subscriptions and advertising
Paid features and advertising vary by platform and version. The purchase screen and store confirmation show the price, billing period and benefits. Payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store. One-time purchases do not automatically renew. Auto-renewing subscriptions are charged for each billing period unless cancelled through the purchasing store before the next renewal.
Manage Android subscriptions in Google Play subscriptions; manage Apple subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Uninstalling FRAME does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the paid period ends. Restore eligible purchases using the same store account. Refunds and any resulting changes to access follow applicable law and the store’s rules, including Google Play’s refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Looking after your files
Keep backups of important source files and work. Check your content and export settings before sharing. Deleting work, clearing app storage or uninstalling the app may remove locally stored files; exported copies must be managed separately.
Platform licenses
For copies obtained from Apple’s App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. This page supplements that agreement and does not replace it; that agreement governs the app license if there is a conflict. For other distribution channels, the applicable store terms and software license also apply.
Privacy and external links
For information about personal data, read the Privacy policy. Websites you choose to open are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and your rights
Compatibility and results may vary with your device and source media. Check exported files before relying on them. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Updates and contact
Updates to these terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Changes do not remove rights protected by applicable law or the relevant store terms. For questions about these terms or rights in content, contact joseph.petzval@gmail.com.
